From the Land of Mata Ayer

Alhamdulillah, seharian bumi Perlis diturunkan hujan yang sangat lebat.  Ibarat menangisi ujian yang menimpa tanah air ini.  Bumi Malaysia sedang diuji sekarang,  dengan jerebu,  dengan tragedi di Mekah, dengan jatuhnya nilai Ringgit,  dengan pemimpinnya  dan dengan diri kita sendiri. Saya sekarang berada di penghujungan cuti semester sebelum melangkah ke alam praktikal di Kerteh. Ini bermakna hanya tinggal sekitar 25% lagi Ijazah Kejuruteraan Kimia yang perlu disempurnakan menjelang Mei 2016 ketika pulang ke kampus.  Demi Masa! Sesungguhnya manusia itu dalam kerugian - Kecuali orang-orang yang beriman dan beramal soleh, dan mereka pula berpesan-pesan dengan kebenaran serta berpesan-pesan dengan sabar. (QS : Al-Asr) Sememangnya manusia selalu bersumpah dengan masa, dan ironinya, selalu terlupa. Sedangkan hayat itu singkat dan ilmu Allah itu luas. Mungkin secara sedar ataupun tidak, kita sudah kesuntukan masa untuk menunaika...

Day 422 Alhamdulillah, dengan linangan air mata gembira aku menoktahkan salah satu cabang perjalanan dalam hidupku.  Semoga 1.5 tahun yang aku sumbang menjadi saham akhirat untukku.  Jalan ini tidak mudah, sekali-kali tidak mudah. Cabarannya dimana-mana.  Doakan aku agar terus bergerak, terus istiqamah menyumbang untuk Ummah.  Terima kasih sahabat, teman dan rakan kerana mewarnai hidupku selama ini. Dia tahu limitations kita. Dia Maha Tahu kelemahan dan kekuatan kita.  Bukan mudah untuk 'juggle' beberapa tanggungjawab pada suatu-suatu masa. Sebagai seorang Muslim, anak, pelajar, pekerja dan ahli masyarakat , kadang-kala terbabas juga..:) Belum tambah lagi 'title' yang lain..haha. Opps, sorry mama ^^ Iman itu sifatnya yazid wa yanqus (naik dan turun), sama juga dengan semangat. Sepanjang tahun 2014 ini, macam-macam terjadi. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,  It has been quite a while since my last post. That was before the UTP Campus Election. Alhamdulillah, the Voting Day was successfully done last 26th and I hold the 3rd highest ranking votes from the 7 winning candidates, Alhamdulillah. Well, the first few weeks have been a roller-coaster ride, we're stabilizing the cabinet right now. The Campaign Period This is the first time UTP sets a 2-week campaign period. Stamina memang kena kuat lah. Lot's of things to be done, tampal poster, photoshoot, prepare campaign materials etc. My classmates and housemates had been really supportive. The 12 Candidates After quite a stint, this Campus Election seemed to be merrier compared to past elections. From my point of view, this is good, although UTP is an IPTS (Private Uni) that are stereotyped with lack of political awareness, this increase of voting percentage is a good start^^ The Supporters They've been really awesome. Bismillahirahmanirrahim, After 2 weeks I visited UIAM Gombak again for a MPP Visit.  This one is considered as return- visit (kunjungan balas) since SRC IIUM had visited UTP last semester.  The scenery at UIA (The Garden of Knowledge and Virtue) is as usual, fascinating :) Ingatkan nak jumpa Kak Adieyla/ Kak Illeya, tapi tak kesampaian.  Lain kali InsyaAllah The SRC IIUM hicoms are very sporting.  Sharing session dah macam adik- beradik kongsi masalah.  Got many new ideas and solutions that can be implemented in UTP.  IIUM in comparison to UTP, they've got many years of experience.  The segregated campus are of course, HUGE compared to UTP.  It's very interesting to get to know the line ups, as they're very friendly. We're the girls power.  Oyeah!! On the way back, we had our iftar at Padang Polo.  The bonding between MPPUTP family are very close.  I learned many new things with 2013/2014 lineups.  Wit...
